Refund Policy

Last updated: DRAFT. Effective date: pending.

EPM Workbench is billed per seat, per month. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your account portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period, then the extension degrades to Free — your files are never locked and single-file intelligence keeps working.

Because plans are month-to-month and you can cancel before any renewal, monthly charges already billed are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly granted below. Cancelling part-way through a month does not generate a prorated refund; you keep access until the period ends.

Paid features may be offered on a 14-day trial that requires no payment up front. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription and the first monthly charge applies. Because the trial gives you a no-charge evaluation window, we do not offer an additional money-back period after conversion.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. In practice our 14-day free trial already provides an equivalent no-charge evaluation window before any payment is taken. Where a statutory withdrawal right nonetheless applies to a charge, we honor it; these rights are not diminished by anything above. Contact us to exercise them.

If you were charged in error, double-charged, or believe there is a billing mistake, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

Email billing@epmworkbench.com with your account email and the charge in question. Refunds we approve are issued to your original payment method through Stripe; the time to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
